They are directed through an on-line logic-based Q&A interview designed to capture all the data you need when hiring an employee. This logic driven process ensures the employee completes all necessary forms and only prompts the employee to enter their information once. In addition to completing standard withholding and I9 information, they will also be able to view and acknowledge your company policies. Our unique eSigning process ensures all forms display the employee’s signature where required.

The Work Opportunity Tax Credit

The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a Federal tax credit available to employers for hiring individuals from certain target groups who have consistently faced significant barriers to employment.

Employers can hire eligible employees from target groups for WOTC. The WOTC Processing module ensures your candidates and hires are screened 100% of the time. Completely integrated into the application and/or on-boarding process, every candidate and employee will complete the WOTC questionnaire. We automatically determine eligibility for each candidate eliminating paperwork for ineligible candidates and generating the appropriate logic based questions for eligible candidates.

Comprehensive, Affordable Background Screening

Through our partnership with National Crime Search (NCS), we now provide our customers access to a simple and affordable background screening solution.

Search background information databases across multiple states and/or for a single state. Our multi-state database searches all criminal databases available to NCS. Our single state databases do the same, but are exclusive to a specific state. Searches are based on name and date of birth and include both felony and misdemeanor convictions for the past 7-10 years.
